Kinfolo helps parents and guardians preserve children's artwork, stories, and keepsakes in a private digital gallery. These Terms explain what you can expect from us and what we ask from you when you use the service.
By creating an account or using Kinfolo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Kinfolo is intended for adults, especially parents and guardians. Children should not create accounts or use Kinfolo directly unless a parent or guardian is appropriately involved and has permission to do so.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and manage the artwork, photos, stories, and related information you add to Kinfolo.
Please provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.
You keep ownership of the artwork, photos, notes, stories, and other content you upload to Kinfolo.
To operate the service, you give Kinfolo permission to host, store, process, display, resize, crop, organize, back up, and transmit your content as needed to provide the features you use. This permission is limited to operating, improving, protecting, and supporting Kinfolo.
We do not claim ownership of your child's artwork.
Kinfolo may offer AI-assisted features such as cleanup, cropping, title suggestions, tagging, and editable descriptions. AI output may be imperfect, incomplete, or not quite right for your family.
You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before relying on them. We do not use AI to diagnose, evaluate, or make developmental claims about a child.
Kinfolo is private by default. If you use sharing features, you are responsible for choosing what to share and who can access it. Please be careful with artwork or notes that include a child's full name, face, school, address, handwriting, or other identifying details.
Some features may require payment, credits, or a subscription. Prices, plan details, renewal periods, and included credits are shown at checkout, in billing settings, or in direct communication with our team.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We may change plans, prices, or included features in the future, but we will make reasonable efforts to communicate meaningful changes.
Refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are handled according to the checkout flow, payment provider rules, and any refund policy shown in the product.

We work to keep Kinfolo reliable and thoughtful, but no online service is perfect. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or create legal or security concerns.
Kinfolo's name, logo, interface, code, designs, and product materials belong to Kinfolo or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our permission.
Your content remains yours, as explained above.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kinfolo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using Kinfolo at any time. You can also request account deletion or content deletion. Some billing, security, backup, or legal records may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as Kinfolo changes. If changes are important, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you through the product, email, or a clear notice on this page.
